Information may be collected and shared by the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
- Leap. We are responsible for delivering brick-and-mortar stores and associated retail services to our Brands. This includes developing and operating Leap stores, websites and apps, executing marketing campaigns, delivering store analytics, fulfilling store and online orders. As part of these operations, we may collect your information and share it with Brands and Service Providers, as governed by this Privacy Policy.
- Brands. Retailers that sell products in our brick-and-mortar stores and receive other retail services from Leap. We may collect your information on behalf of Brands directly through our Services, and the Brands may share your Personal Information with Leap, which information they may have collected from you. Brands’ use of your Personal Information is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Service Providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Services or our business, including marketing services, social media advertising, payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, data management, in-store analytics, and other services in connection with our business. Service Providers may collect or share your information with Leap or Brands, depending on the nature of the service they provide.
Personal Information we collect
You may provide Personal Information to Leap when you shop on our website, in our retail stores, or sign up for marketing emails from Leap or the Brands. We may combine that information with Personal Information that we obtain from our Brands, in accordance with our service agreements with each Brand.
Personal Information may include:
- Contact data, such as your first and last name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, and phone number.
- Transactional data, such as the information needed to complete your orders on or through the Services (including name, credit card information, billing and shipping information), and your purchase history.
- Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving communications about products sold through our Services, services, events, promotions and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
- Communications that we exchange, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.
- Research data that you provide when you agree to participate in our surveys or research activities, such as your survey responses.

For example, we collect information from Wi-Fi signals sent by your mobile device when you visit our stores, including unique identifiers, along with the time, signal strength and location of the sensor that observed your device. We may use this information to measure visit durations.
- Security camera footage from our stores.
Visual Tracking Technologies: At stores, we may use visual tracking technologies, including cameras, to collect information related to you. This information will include only your assumed gender and approximate age. This information will NOT include any other information, and will not include your image, likeness, or any other biometric information about you.

In addition, our content may be included on web pages or in mobile applications or other online services that are not associated with us. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, such as by the email address that you provided.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
d. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
We currently do not provide any financial incentives.
e. Shine the Light
If you are a California resident, the Shine the Light law permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us at the information below.
